Both before and after I opened an account, their responses to all my questions have been accurate, complete and helpful; often including further information in case it might be useful (which it often was). Their Portal is clear and easy to use, features are well explained and their help pages are informative. (I use their domain registrar and email services.)

Great domain provider. Awesome features at a competitive price. 2 free mailboxes per domain.
I've had a problem setting up SSL (I probably did not wait for the upgrade to S+ to complete, this messed up both my http and https access). The support reacted very fast, solving the issue promptly.

How to get in touch with someone from this company is proving impossible. My supposed log ins I didn't know I had do not work, I ask to reset but I never get the email! I have now had to fill in a form where they say they will get in touch 'as soon as possible'. Anyone have an idea of how long that means! It is shocking that you cant get someone on a phone or even a webchat without being 'logged in'!
I have no idea about IT so my head is exploding as it is. My email seems to have been hacked and they have me black listed so I cant send emails out. That is kind of urgent as need to send invoices by certain times etc so I get paid so I can pay my bills. So 'as soon as possible' and now being 2 days is no where near soon and disgusting customer service. Ticket number - support-en #13679896 Hopefully I will be more successful trying to get in contact via here! Lets see
